Review content:
We called The Pretty Coat Junction to see how much a cat grooming would cost. I was taken aback when the person answered the phone with a ""Yeah!?""....as if I was bothering her by calling. After my initial shock of the lack of professionalism, I let her know that my cat only has one front leg and asked if that would be a problem. (As sometimes they place the cats in a harness that would require both legs to be used properly). Her response? ""We'll just hold it down. It might bother the cat but it won't bother me any.""
