Review content:
One star is more than they deserve! This company is highly unethical. My company purchased a worker's comp policy from Texas Mutual through Ms. Lisa Zuniga of Access Insurances Services in November, 2008. In December, 2009, AFTER THE POLICY HAD ENDED and we chose not to renew, they decided to raise our premium by over $300. We have since written letters and spoken by phone to Texas Mutual and Ms. Zuniga, but no amount of reasoning seems to get through to them that we are NOT going to pay any premium AFTER the policy has been terminated in excess of what we were quoted . According to Texas law, insurance is a one-sided contract, meaning we can't be forced to pay, the insurance company can only cancel the policy ... which ended before they chose to raise the premium. They have now turned our account over to a collection agency and are damaging our sterling credit. RUN FAR AND FAST FROM THIS COMPANY! Cons: They raise your premium AFTER your policy has ended
