Beware of these guys! The repairman did his job but then charged me close to double what was quoted over the phone. Unlike most reputable service companies who charge for LABOR + PARTS, Royal Appliance charges a TRIP FEE + LABOR + PARTS. This was not advertised when I called for a quote on services. Use these people at your own risk. You will easily pay about 35% - 40% more than you should be by using this group. I wish I would have found these reviews on this page before becoming another victim.
