In spite of ""Who made the cake's"" beautiful designs and great tasting cakes, their terrible customer service completely turned my fiancee and I off. I believe the lady we spoke with was Nadine. I am not sure because she did not even introduce herself to my fiancee, her father, or myself when we arrived, which was not very endearing for someone you are considering giving thousands of dollars to bake a cake. She was short with her answers, NEVER smiled, and generally looked like she had better things to be doing or more important people to talk to. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I would not want someone involved in my wedding who had that poor of an attitude.
Pros: great tasting cakes and beautiful designs
Cons: terrible customer service
