We have used Amrid Pest Control for over 7 years now, and we have been very pleased with their service. We use them for quarterly pest control service and annual termite inspections on all our properties (5). We also use them for initial termite inspections when purchasing properties and for special projects, such as rat control or curing moth problems. The technicians we use (Joel or Howard for regular service; Tony, the owner, for initial termite inspections) are thorough, very attentive to details, and catch what others miss. (They are also so personable and friendly, really nice guys). I've tried other pest control companies before, and while they may pull up in a marked car, and appear in uniforms, this does not mean they do the best job. I think some of the negative reviews are placing the emphasis on the wrong qualities, if you ask me. Yes, it's true that the technicians do not ordinarily wear company uniforms, but since we always use the same person(s), we know them well and do not expect them to come in uniform. I think it speaks well of the company that the same technicians have been with them for a long time. It's not Bob today, Bill tomorrow, Tom the next day, etc.
