I've been going there for a few years and its had its ups and downs. The customer service hasn't been all that great. I stopped in to see what they had and i was extremely shocked at the professional attitude and knowledge that some of the new employees had. When I asked for a product, they walked me to the product and showed me different kinds of what they had. He even asked me what it was for and made some recommendations, and for a non-computer geek, it really helped. I also, had my computer checked in for service, and not only did they have it done in a day, it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Excellent computer technicians. Way to turn things around guys!
