I always give some sort of feedback, because being a business owner I feel it is a good way to meausure the suceess of your business/employees. I relocated about 5 months ago (forwarding address left to the post office) I had a rental property and I guess the tenant never paid his bill. The first call was by Maniela and she was the most unprofessional/rude collections agent I've ever encountered. Long story short, she hung up on me when I asked a few questions. I called back and spoke to Ms. Ham, I think she is the same person acting no different. I have never been talked to like a criminal as well as a second class citizen. Unbelievable rudeness, it's amazing how they get away with it!!
