How can a cleaner not remove stains? What are they doing then: praying for their removal? In addition to ruining a men's long shirt by the upper lat area, which was just brought in for laundry (no stain removal or other ""special treatment""), they had the gall to say that it was an ""old"" shirt of poor quality (this about a 100% cotton Brooks Brother's shirt that was about 4 years old, max 5), the damage obviously looked like a spill and when I brought it in and asked, the owner goes: 'we don't do spills' -- although later on acknowledge that they don't do the cleaning -- so how could he know the actual cleaners don't do spills. A month later, I brought in a shirt and showed them 2 spots on them, they charged me almost as much to launder the shirt for what they called ""stain removal"" -- and then didn't remove the stains. I could laundered the shirt myself with my regular laundry, using easy off and just pressed it myself, or brought it into them just for pressing. When I called them on, they were as typically rude as always. Pros: Cheap - however if they are ruining and not cleaning your clothes, who cares? Cons: Rude service, nickle and dime charges
