I've lived in Knox County all my life and consider myself a local shopper to Pigeon Forge. We often drive up to eat, shop or spend a few days. We love the area and think of it as home. We recently purchased 3 pairs of Levi jeans at Duncan's Clothing for my husband. He tried them on, the fit was right so I washed them. We never expected them to shrink 2 inches in length. The next day we took them back to Duncan's to return them and they immediately told us ""they do not take back anything that has been washed no matter what defect the material has. I then asked to exchange them for something and the manager told me "" we can't take back anything that shrinks"". Obviously, Duncan does not stand behind what they sell. I am 53 years old and I have ""never"" shopped at a store that would not allow you to return an article of clothing if it was defective. In my opinion, Duncan is there for tourist who don't live close enough to return defective merchanise. The manager was rude and showed absolutely no concern for their customer. I do not recommend anyone shopping at Duncan's. Cons: Defective merchandise and employee rude attitude
