First off, my opinion is solely based off of an attempt to get a quote on several tires to replace the tires on my vehicle. I initially spoke with a representative at 11:00 AM and did not hear back about a quote until after 5:00. During this time, I called back to see what was taking so long, spoke with another person, had my information taken again, and told to wait for a call. Once my phone call was FINALLY returned, the price was much higher than anywhere else (web, other local suppliers), I only received one tire price after I requested several specific brands, I felt as if I was being ""forced"" into a sale, and on top of it all I was not given any other recommendations of comparable tires after requesting for their input.
Pros: Decent supply of various tire manufacturers, although they only had 3 of the 4 tires I needed...
Cons: High prices, poor customer service, unnesessary ""salesman"" attitude (this is a tire shop after all), pushy, poor listening skills
