Review content:
I agree with the other negative posters. Dr Stewart is ALL business. The positive thing is that I became a patient because I needed help asap, so I appreciated them taking me on short notice. I definitely like the 40th st office better than Madison Avenue---it's more airy and it's cleaner. I overlook the 'shabby on the edges' decor for the great care I have been getting from Dr Capalbo. I had three appts with Dr Stewart and I was able to make an informed decision---she is all business, and is in my opinion very rough with the instruments. She is brusque and she tosses the instruments loudly into a pail by her feet. When Dr Stewart had to cancel an appt with me, and have me see Dr Capalbo instead, it was a blessing in disguise. Every person has her own threshold for discomfort...and I wil say that as a woman I was shocked that Dr Stewart's bedside manner was so rough. Pros: Dr Stewart's partner Dr Andrea Capalbo and the office staff are the positives Cons: Dr Stewart has a very brusque manner
