Review content:
Just had six fans put in. They look great but the installer didn't install all the dimmers and controls as I was told he would. Additionally one large fan has a significant ticking sound. I called to see if a new fan could be installed and the receptionist was rather ""cool"" and not even appologetic that I have a substandard unit. She then referred me to the installer. I expained that the noise was in the motor and not an installation problem. So I asked if they would simply replace the fan since it was brand new. The receptionist obviously was annoyed and said no that the installer needed to look at it to determine the problem and solution.
Pros: Good sales service
Cons: Lacks customer service after install
