Nothing against this store but Kirlin's return policy for Hallmark Ornaments is horrible. If you give them as a gift, the recipient cannot get full credit on a return even if they have a receipt. Don't buy ornaments from Kirlin's. Choose another Hallmark store. Their return policy is inconsistent with Hallmark's return policy.
