Review content:
First, they lost one of my shirts and it took over a month and several trips to the main plant to get re-imbursed. Then, the quality of cleaning became worse and worse. My white shirts came back dirtier than when I sent them in, with scorch marks and grease stains. They also looked like they were pressed by a blind primate using a waffle iron. ""Re-dos"" didn't come back much better.
Pros: Fast turnaround; cheap if you pay for membership and they remember to apply discount
