I am a loyal Ride Brooklyn customer. I am a casual rider who was looking to get just a LITTLE more serious (ride to work), and the guys at Ride Brooklyn have been amazing-- helped me fix up my bike and even check it out for free when I'm paranoid and hear a rattle. They are patient and don't talk to you like you're an idiot, even when you are a total novice like me. I also trust them to deal fairly, which is a rare and wonderful thing in the world of NYC bike stores. I am so glad they've come on the scene! Great, great store and great, great people!
Pros: Kind, fast, non-patronizing service; solid and reliable!
