If you're really into bars where you have to elbow your way through the crowd to move anywhere and where you are surrounded by people ""making the scene"" rather than enjoying a good cocktail, Funky Buddha is for you. But count me out. Maybe I'm getting old, or maybe I'm getting more wise. Either way, I don't understand what the big deal is about this bar. It's overcrowded, overpriced and overhyped. The only positive thing I have to say about Buddha is that the decore is really quite nice. But how can you enjoy an atmosphere that's jam packed with loud, trendy singles? Give me a bar with a minimal crowd, a good cocktail and jazz music any day. Hmmm... sounds like Dazzle .....
