Review content:
I visited this establishment and left with nothing due to the unprofessional nature of the braiders. They were rude, slow and seemed to have no sense of what customer service means. I sat in the ""shop"" for thirty minutes (25 minutes to long). There were three braiders of which only one was braiding while the other two were outside smoking. The experience of sitting there waiting and listening to these women talk as if no one was in the room left me feeling angry to say the least. If you are considering this ""shop"" you will want a back-up plan, if you do end up utilizing their services bring your own comb and some ear plugs as well as add at least an hour to your time to make up for the the many phone calls your braider may take and make.
Pros: Walk-in's on Saturdays and it is located in a Beauty Supply Store
Cons: Everything - the braiders, the space, the atmosphere
