Review content:
I took my vehicle to Harlows for diagnostic and repair of a problem that I had been having with my car dieing at an Idle. I had done a lot of preliminary troubleshooting and online inquiring as to the cause of my problem and determined it to most likely be the Fuel Pressure Regulator. I explained to them the problems I was having with the vehicle and what I thought may be the cause. (Fuel Pressure Regulator). They had the car for 1 day and called me back to say that it was the gas cap. And charged me $75. I went to the dealer and bought and replaced the gas cap. That did not fix my problem so I took the vehicle back to Harlow this time they had my car for 2 weeks over Christmas, on the 30th of December I got the car back they said it was fixed they stated they found a faulty PCV valve and replaced it and billed me another $75. I had the car for a few days and the problem occurred again, so I took the car back to them, they had the car for the day and at the end of the day I picked up the car and they said they could not find a problem or get it to repeat. I got 2 blocks from the repair shop and the car died. I called them and they said for me to bring it back and they would work on it some more. I decided to get the car home, I then looked into ordering the part myself which I did, I got the part (Fuel Pressure Regulator) $83 and it took me 10 minutes to fix it. Now the car works fine. Cons: Had to call them to find out what was going on with vehicle.
