Review content:
The selection process was wonderful. But after we had paid and ordered the dress it was all over! I was crushed. During fittings (we had an appointment) were kept waiting while Anna flittered around to anyone that came in while we were kept waiting . My daughter's dress was not finished when we came to pick it up 2 days before the wedding. Nothing had been done to it since our last fitting. We had to make an extra trip from out of town to pick it up the day before the wedding and were told then, for the first time it needed to be cleaned and pressed for additional costs. The day of the wedding I noticed- Sequins on seams that had been let out were falling off. Bodice/neckline was ""altered"" by a single basting stitch and still puckered.
Pros: Very thoughtful during selection process
Cons: Hidden costs and extremely poor alterations,
