After a hair coloring mishap that had my pre-teen daughter literally in tears and afraid to go to school, owner Karen came to the rescue. She showed a level of empathy and caring that I thought no longer existed in modern business. I had an expectation that my daughters hair situation would go from an unmitigated disaster to merely a mitigated disaster but instead Karen has able to create the look that my daughter wanted from the very beginning. I was extremely impressed by her skill and touched by how much she put into making sure everything was perfect.
