Although they have qualified Vets here, the wait time to see one is obscene. Last night I sat in the exam room 40 minutes and still no vet. The waiting room was empty. Was told they had two vets and only one room ahead of me. Ummmmm, so why 40 minutes. The last time I was there I waited 30 minutes. Needless to say, I left and went to the AMPM Clinic down the road and was seen immediately. If there is going to be a long wait, the front desk personnel should at least advise the cutsomer of this. When you bring your pet in after hours, it's because there is a problem and the last thing anyone needs to do is sit in a small room with your pet for 40 minutes. I've always waited a long time here and I vow never to go back.

Cons: Long Wait Time!!!
