Sam, with Accurate Inspections of Texas, was extremely thorough. Out of all the inspections I have ever had done, he was the most thorough. He has done 2 inspections for us. As a real estate agent I recommended 3 inspectors to my client, and I got Accurate Inspections out of the phone book. My client chose him.
When she bought another property we used him again. Everything he pointed out was corrected. During the second inspection he suggested we have someone check the foundation. Sure enough, we needed 3 beams, and we were able to determine that before purchase. He goes out of his way to help you as the customer. He also gave out a brochure about how to maintain a property, which I have never seen before.
