Renters beware!!! They keep part of your deposit automatically...read your lease carefully before you sign it. Then they drum up fake charges to take the rest. ""the walk thru"" I was told everything looked great and then 2 months later I am told I didnt get all of my deposit because the room needed painted. The kicker- he accused me of shutting the door to hide the stickers on the wall in my daughters room. I guess I had to lead him by the hand to walk everywhere! They accuse you of hiding the damage to try to justify the theft. Please rent from this company with caution. Terrible!! When I told him I was going to add to their bad reviews on the web he was like SO WHAT! Wow...great company!
