We had a horrible experience renting our tuxedo's for our wedding. We orginally rented them in Illinois for our wedding in CA. When we got to the store in CA, the jackets did not fit, at all. I understand the reason for a fitting...but these were way off. They had to order additional jackets that were to be shipped to this store in SF the next day (the day before our wedding). We were 2 hrs. away and drove back specifically to get the jackets that day. We get there..and NO jackets. Furthermore, they were so unwilling to help us resolve our problem. Nobody could tell us where the jackets actually were and didn't seem like they cared. This is their busines..getting tuxedo's in time for a wedding and it was a joke. We had to have them shipped to another store the next day (the day of our wedding) and two hours before we were still at the store getting them altered. Since then, we've complained to the ""customer satisfacation"" area with no results. If you want to get your tuxedo's fitted properly and get good customer service- I would avoid this company!
