Review content:
First of all, Dickson is horribly unorganized and incompetent in general. They NEVER call you back (you have to go to the office if you want to have anything resolved). Although living in an older building is nice, Dickson fails to maintain even the bare essentials, such as electricity and gas problems. The employees are rude and always ""too busy"" to listen to your concerns. I really regret renting from this company. If you have low living standards, have a lot of handy-man skills, and don't mind having to put up with rude people, go ahead and rent from Dickson.

Cons: Incompetent and rude staff, horrible maintenance, and unsafe living environment
