I had my mother's ring resized to fit my finger at the Schwarzchild's in Carytown. The service was great, and they had the ring ready within a week in beautiful condition even though they had to add extra gold. It was done really well, really quickly, and priced under all of the other jewelers to whom I had taken the ring. This one instance built a lot of trust for this jeweler, but the next few incidents broke the trust.
Pros: knowledgeable sales people, courteous service
Cons: orders lost, incorrect merchandise, poor delivery time
