Review content:
we keep all records on every individual who gets pierced or tattooed at our establishment. We investigated this incident with our piercers but there was no such incident of this nature as this person claims. I do ask this person to stop by our studio if he/she had their piercing done here. We do stand by our products and most of our customers know if there is ever a problem with our jewelry, we do always replace it for free.
