Businiess name:  The Lake Shore Apartments

Review content:
Lakeshore apartments, once known as Lake in the Woods has undergone management changes, but has not come through with its promises of renovation. Promised by to open by the beginning of December, 2005: 2 exercise facilities, 1 dog park, 1 movie theatre, 1 internet cafe, a conference room, a ballroom. It is June 2006 and only the dog park is open. As the swimming pools are still not open, we now have less services than when I moved in 2 years ago. My building is 3/4 empty (for various reasons, not excluding the unfulfilled promises and the lack of service). Rents are being raised, but few services are being provided. The management should consider lowering rents for loyal, dependable renters in order to lure them into re-signing leases. Pros: Dog friendly, Nice location, gooapartment size Cons: Poor service, Too expensive, no renovation
