My first visit was harrowing--getting there through 5th Street construction projects slowed me, then my first encounter with Austin's new parking meters confounded me. Once I figured it out and got inside Elements, however, all was bliss. The salon was quiet and peaceful. As another client pointed out, snooty is not their style. The small staff put me at ease right away. I was there for laser hair removal, and a bit nervous, but Nicole, my technician, was a real pro, explaining every step of the procedure. She was gentle and considerate, and did a good job. I will need a series of treatments to totally eliminate the unwanted hair, so she scheduled them out at six-week intervals. Before I left, she gave me parking tips for my next visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
