wish i could have gotten away without even giving the one star, had a reservation for yesterday to go to the airport, yes i know that the rain causes delays but at the same time i also know that as a professional driver you would give yourself extra time to arrive on time. the driver showed up 35 min late then on the way to the airport to try to make up the time starts speeding, the phone kept ringing of the hook as he was behind schedule and other customers were calling with complaints. i made a comment for him to stop answering calls until he dropped me off. not about to jeopardize my safety/life for you to book an extra trip. either get a dispatcher or more drivers. NOT USING YOUR SERVICES EVER AGAIN.
