I read reviews prior to calling Stanley Steemer and saw some bad ones so was hesitant to use them. But I am glad I decided to anyway. I had them clean several areas including the grout in the kitchen and dining room as well as the master bath. They did a tremenous job. I never thought they would get the grout back to its original color but was pleasantly surprised. The workers were courteous and took great care while doing the job. They did try to sell additional services but that is their job. We are prepping the house to sell so I had no need for these services so just said no. I will use this company again and I will ask for Todd and Joe by name.
