I do love going to bliss for treatments. I've been there multiple times for facials and massages. I find the waiting area to be very relaxing as it is roomy and comfortable with snacks and teas for you to enjoy. Here is my problem. Every facial I've had there was a torture because of the very high sales pitch from facialist. I'm beginning to think it's their company policy telling facialist to do this. I'm not a novice and get facials regularly at many different spas. Yes, some of these spas do recommend what they think you should have done. But no one comes close to people at Bliss. Every time and I mean every time! I had a basic facial, they start out by trying to convince me to add more stuff. I mean it's my money but they'll say I recommend for you such and such treatment, it's only $25 dollars more. Or I think you should the oxygen facial (which is nearly twice as expensive as basic that I just want to have done) Some facialist actually get a mild attitude when I say I'll just have what I made an appointment for and nothing extra. I actually had facilaist get sully like I'm doing something wrong because I refused additional fee treatment. I hope bliss change this and really make these therapist STOP badgering the clients into more expensive facials. For once I would like to go to bliss for facial and have a relaxing facial without trying to protect my wallet. Seriously!!! Pros: ambience, nice and relaxing waiting area Cons: pushy sales pitches from facialist
