I have been visiting Empire forever, back when it was called Bryland in Reading. It's the best deal in town, for the most part. Now that I am at senior status, Empiremeets my financial restrictions. The students are so attentive, aiming to please. Something not available always, out there, in the real world. and your teachers take the time to find out my needs and do their best to attain it. I have had many colors applied to my hair and foils, streaks, etc. Always fun to come to Empire Reading. Thanks MIss Tif and Diane!! Appreciate everything you do to keep me happy !
