I have lived in the apartments for 4 months. During this time I havent had a front gate. the last two months there hasnt been access to the pool. At first I was told that the pool had chemicals in it. Then I was sent a letter by the office (as was everyone else) that stated they were putting in a new pool and that a gate would be made so that we could access the gym. This has yet to happen. There is still no front gate, no new gate allowing acccess to the tiny tiny gym and NO NEW POOL!!! it hasnt even been drained. When I call to complain I am told things will happen that never do. Today after finally contacting the Regional Manager of the Management company that owns the apartment complex I was told that the pool was ACTUALLY shut down by the city. I was obviously lied to continually and NOTHING has been done to repair anything. My mail has been broken in to. There are often strange men walking around the complex who place advertisements on my door. This could just as easily be someone breaking into my apartment or my car... obviously they already have my mail. Possibly my identity. When I called again today to complain I was told by the regional manager of B H Management (the management company that owns the complex) that the amenities advertized to me online, over the phone, and in person are not required to be repaired according to my lease. Then upon me stationg that a management company with integrity should take care of these things without causing me such frustration and inconvenience she began to talk over me and ignore what I was saying before hanging up on me altogether. THIS PLACE IS A ---- HOLE!!!! DO NOT LIVE THERE!
