This was the BEST service experience I've had in a very long time which is why it stuck in my mind. My air conditioning was down and I found this company in a local flyer. The person that answered my call was knowledgeable (and yes, they actually answer their phones -no automated recording). She was able to have a tech at my house within two hours of my call. When he arrived he quickly found the faulty part. He had the part on his truck, repaired our air and we were soon cooling like crazy. Air Tech is a great find!
