I knew I needed tires soon, but when one tire kept getting low I called Discount Tire. They needed to order the tires my husband chose (Bridgestone Ecopia EP422) and scheduled an appt for later that week. But I also scheduled to go in that day for a flat repair until the new ones came in. It happed to be a very busy day/time (October Mon 3:30, wet weather) so it did take quite a while. I waited an hour to get my car taken back + 1/2 hour working on it, and another person without an appointment waited significantly longer. But they took great care of me. My tire was so bad they gave me a free loaner tire. Then they called me a day early than expected and got me in right away for the new tires. This time wasn't as busy (Thu 11:30). I told them I needed to leave by 1. Patrick guaranteed the time and said if I wasn't hour by 1pm, he would pay for my tires. I was in and out in 1/2 an hour total. I love my new tires!
