I purchased some duty gear and was only told that if I had a reciept that I could exchange or return a item. I brought it home and liked it, but when I put it to use the belt kept popping off and the item tore easily without any hard use I just put the items on the belt and the leather ripped. IT WAS CHEAP and NOT worth the money I put into it. I took it back and explained to them what was wrong and he said that he couldnt return it without the barcode. That was bullcrap because I had the item numbers on the reciept. They didnt even care that it was cheap and didnt offer to do anything. Now I am stuck with expensive cheap crap.
Cons: did not return item with reciept & they have cheap products
