I had my first experience with Hoshi Coupe (II) couple of days ago. I've always had a above average standard for hair and I have to say my stylist was very average to the point I had to stop her several times during the cut to communicate her. another problem I had with them was their attitude problem, i was asked to 'clean' my seat because I left a magazine on the chair while paying for my haircut (they dont accept Credit card). I told them NO since the magazine was already there on the chair when before I even came into the store, they gave me a very uncomfortable and condescending look aka 'get the F out of here' (accompanied by other staff as well). I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all cost, since there are other much better alternatives just a few blocks from this place.
Pros: comfortable haircut
Cons: soso stylist, dirty restroom, attitude problem with the owner
