Took my 87 yr old mother to have 3 upper teeth pulled and an upper denture made. They took impressions prior to the extractions. My opinion was to pull the teeth and THEN do the impressions. Well, exactly what I thought would happened ... happened. The upper denture does not fit and has been a problem since it was made. When I questioned doing the impression prior to extracting the teeth, they simply said this is the way we do it.
Of course all problems now associated with ill fitting denture are my mother's fault. A new denture needing religned as soon as it's made is rediculous!
Of course they received almost $1500.00 up front for their less than professional service and have the b____ to charge for further service to the ill fitting denture.
What a rip off place.. they only want your money!
