I needed a exhaust system on my 11 year old truck and just didn't want to do it myself as I did in the past. So, I shopped around for prices and found ""John the Muffler Man"" shop had the best prices. I figured I'd try them out....they gave me a free estimate, showed me what was rusted out and how much it would cost to fix. (which was very reasonable compared to other shops). Staff was very courteous and did the job very promptly.... I was out there in a very short time....
Pros: price, frioendly and couteous staff, quick service
Cons: waiting area, but then it IS only a muffler shop
