Review content:
The service provided by Sam, the plumber, was very good. Also he was very polite and courteous. He provided three options before he started work, and did not pressure me to take the most expensive alternative.
I selected the most expensive option (over $2,000) because I didn't want to have to continually worry about kitchen sink not draining properly in the future.
My only complaint is the high cost, which is not set by the serviceman. Because of his skill, he was able to complete the task in a little more than two hours, making this repair almost $1,000 per hour!
Let me say this, I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed. I knew what it was going to cost beforehand. However, because their prices are too high, I can no longer afford to use them.
