changes management personal, so you could only imagine the shape and condition. I stumbled apon them through craigs list for a lead maintenance position,spoke with Tracy several times by email then went and filled out application and I-9 form and w2 forms, was assured a position at 18.00 per hour.Was instructed that corporate would review stuff, for me to be ready to work. Couple days go by no call from Tracy, I call her number several times to get no answer or exclamation.During interview she herself stressed if a situation of anthor employee was to arise how would i handle it. This would be a situation that I,d repermanned her for, do to the fact i took my time to attempt assisting them. She should for her own morel reason at least called me back!!!!! I see this as another poor management job, she is not cutout for her position of human resourses. Pros: good location Cons: traffic close to school
