I stopped by Fritz muffler shop because I was interested in the Flowmaster mufflers. When I walked in I asked Fritz about Flowmaster mufflers and their performance. He looked at me and said he gets asked the same question everday, like it bothered him. I'm thinking, um this is a muffler shop, so of course customers are going to ask you about the mufflers you sell!!
So he showed me a chart of the Flowmaster series mufflers, and again like it was a bother for him to do it. If you don't want customers, then he is doing a great job of getting rid of them. Customer service here stinks! Not once was he even friendly at all. Why be in business if your not willing to give good customer service?
I recommend going to 183 muffler in Lockhart. Not too far of a drive and great customer service! Great prices too!
