I read a review on City Search before deciding to venture out and sell some of my old jewelry. I shopped 4 locations and found that my last - Charleston Gold and Diamond was definately my best bet. They offered me $1100 more than any other store. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained the process (and why they pay more). I felt very comfortable being there and will only do business with Charleston Gold and Diamond Exchange in the future! Another interesting note - I saw two other people in the store from one of the other locations selling their gold to Charleston Gold as well.
Pros: beautiful store and very nice staff
