Terribly disappointing. While the doctors themselves were pleasant, the staff and overall experience leaves much to be desired. Customer service includes a healthy amount of pressure to purchase products that don't seem all that necessary (and in fact were not, as my next vet confirmed). I was also misled over the telephone as to what tests had truly been performed on my puppy during his last physical exam, and then promised a follow up phone call from the doctor, only to never hear back from them. Overall, I felt like a faceless customer with a credit card. Not recommended.
Cons: Terrible customer service.
