This was the first time I have ever used a mobile mechanic and I must say I was very surprised by the service and the level of professional quality that Scott at Elite Mobile Services offered.
In January 2012, our 2002 Honda Odyssey suddenly wouldn?t start due to a squirrel eating through some engine sensor wires. After making a call to Elite Mobile Service, the owner Scott was able to accommodate our family on short notice. In a short time, Scott was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair. The best part of the repair experience, I was able to leave my vehicle key with Scott. This allowed him to make the repair without disrupting my daily work schedule to supervise the repair job. Also, Scott was able to locate the hard to find sensor for the repair at a local auto parts store after the Honda Dealership said it would take a few weeks to get the part ordered and replaced. Overall, the vehicle was repaired in a short time and the cost of the job was reasonably priced.
I will definitely use Elite Mobile Service again for any headache vehicle repair jobs.
