Review content:
I took my ring to have the prongs retipped, rhodium dipped, and sized (and the price was fair). When I received my ring back, the tips were done well, but were overexaggerated and weren't straight and flat, the band was slightly bent, and I wasn't happy with the rhodium dip (some original bad solder on the ring was still showing through). Although some of these aspects were fixed, the employee did not show much willingness to fix these problem that should not have occurred in the first place.
