Their work is extremely sloppy. I left 3 pairs of shoes to have heel protectors placed on Monday and was told they would be ready by Friday. On Monday, only 2 pairs had been done and they still charged me for the work that hadn't been peformed. On top of that, they used horrible tape to label the insides of the shoes which ripped off part of the leather inside on two of the pairs. Instead of apologizing, they declared my 100% leather designer Italian shoes ""cheap."" They run the dry cleaner next door as well, which appears to be their primary business. The shoe repair seems to be an afterthought to squeeze more money out of customers with hack work. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!
Cons: Damage to shoes, work not done.
