Brought in my Dell laptop about two years ago. It would blue screen at boot. Other service place wanted to erase it all and start over.
Brought it into Sauves. They started it at the front counter right in front of me. Gave me an estimate range - 75\175, in case the hard drive was bad.
They called me the next day and it was done at the lowest end of the range - $75.00. Saved me a ton of time and misery reloading everything.
Great Place.
FYI: I noticed this listing is under a category of "Toy Stores". They are not a toy store as far as I can tell. I purchased a computer there about a year later and it is under their own brand name. Not sure what the previous poster is referring to. Don't know if anything has changed since then, however. I have used the computer for a year without trouble.
