Review content:
What should have been a very simple bumper repair has turned into a nightmare. Two parts were ordered, paid for, and then just not installed. When I went back for the 6th time (no joke) and they installed the second ""forgotten"" part, it did not fit with the generic bumper they ordered (after assuring me/guaranteeing me that it would fit).
Obviously, no one is checking to make sure the work got done correctly, or that it got done at all. Whether or not this is all an accident, it still does not make up for the time I have spent calling them and bringing the car back over and over. And the worst part is that they don't seem to think it is a big deal to treat customers like this.
I would never bring my car there again.
